Delete your Hearthsay account
You can delete your account and family data anytime. Before deleting, you may download your voice recordings, transcripts, memories, and future messages.

Your family memories belong to your family. You can export them anytime.

Choose what to delete
- Delete account only
Removes your account while leaving shared family vaults intact for others.
- Delete account and all associated vault data
Removes the account and every vault, profile, recording, transcript, and message it owns.
- Delete one loved-one profile only
Removes one loved-one profile and the memories, transcripts, and messages linked to it.
- Revoke consent for one loved-one profile
Turns voice features back off for one loved one without deleting their memories.
- Export before deletion
Download your recordings, transcripts, memories, and future messages first, then delete.
Confirm deletion
Nothing is ever destroyed without confirmation. To continue, type DELETE below, then finish the deletion securely while signed in.
You will sign in to finish. This keeps your family data safe.
You can delete a loved-one profile, revoke consent, or delete your account from inside the app.
