Email support
The fastest way to reach us is by email. Tell us what you need, and we will help with your account, your vault, or anything that feels unclear. Please do not include passwords, account numbers, or other secrets in your message.
Privacy and data requests
Your family memories belong to your family. You can export your archive and delete your data at any time from inside the app. If you would rather we help, email us and we will walk you through it. You may request deletion of your uploaded data, and we will confirm before anything is removed.
